We belong to Rao Family. It is a title provided by British Government. We are from the farmer family. In year 1890 we were the Landlord and we had more than 3000 Acre land in Narsinghpur District. We got Rao Title because of the land we had. Because of British Government Policies we lost a big part of our land, and till 1935 we had left with only 500 Acre land, and then it got divided by our forefathers in family, After ceiling Act and division In 1995 we left with only 100 Acre. In 1996 we were struggling, facing crises and financial problems. We went through the difficult circumstances. We were neglected by the society. It was the time and a phase of life which taught us lesson of life. However we hand to stand up again. Then I decided to get good education and for further study I went to Dr.H.S.Gaur University a very well-known and reputed university of India at that time. I did M.A in Criminology. I always wanted to be a Job Creator not the job seeker. After completing my study I decided to start business without anybody`s support by my own. took 2000 Rs. on 60% interest and started a Dhaba at our own village in Kanjai , Gotegaon.I run it for more than one year and I earned 1.5 Lac rupees from that business. From that amount I started Rao Enterprises in which there were 7 partners including me, my 4 brothers and my parents. I took sub dealership of TVS Suzuki in Gotegaon in 2001 and started with 5 two wheelers. In year 2002 under Rao Enterprises, we took sub dealership under of Mahindra Tractors and we run it till 2004, we sold 50 tractors in two years. In year 2003 under Rao Enterprises we bought TATA Hitachi 70 for the construction work purpose and It run by Mr.Rao Hemraj Singh Patel, hence RCC Construction was founded. In year 2006 under Rao Enterprises we took dealership of SONALIKA of International Tractors Ltd. In Gotegaon. In year 2008 we took SONALIKA dealership in Narsinghpur District. From 2006 to to 2010 in 4 years we sold 200 Tractors and the Market Share of SONALIKA Tractors reached from 5% to 27%. After this success MAHINDRA Tractors offered us the dealership for Gotegaon in 31/3/2011 and for Kareli Tehsil in year 2012. In year 2013 we started MRF Exclusive showroom at Gotegaon by name Rao Tyres. In year 2014 we took dealership of Mahindra Tractors in Seoni district. In year 2015 we started the work of our Hotel and Marriage Lawn by name Rao Residency. In year 2016 we started Samarth Agri Solutions to provide agriculture services and Technical farming solution by help of advanced agriculture equipment. In year 2017 we started Rao Traders to sell the advanced and latest agricultural equipment.
